MY STORY
I'm a stage-trained, screen and voice actor raised in Yorkshire. I've had a burning passion to be an actor since a little boy and even now in my mid-50s that creative fire still rages. I gain enormous pleasure from supporting young emerging talent as much as established collaborators, and a great thrill from working with cutting-edge technology!

As a 10 year-old in 1978, I bought myself a tape recorder and began to record TV adverts and the hugely influential ITV Kenny Everett Video Show (1978-81), taping straight from the TV before even home VCRs were common.

I endlessly replayed and imitated advertising narrator and character rhythms, allowing my brain to become a limitless pop culture hard disk storing video and audio references from then on. I thought I was just having fun. Little did I know I was training for my destiny voicing and physicalising characters for a living...
Weird? I prefer: super-power. :)
Aside from Woody Allen, Kenny was my earliest formative creative influence as a performer. Every studio VO session and especially video self-tape I do owes a debt to he and his team's exhilarating, raw brilliance downloading insanity from mind to camera in unpolished glee.
